The versatile SGAE-E OMNI is a robust indoor/outdoor omnidirectional AGV, built to lift and transport steel supports or pallets carrying any type of load. Its speed, dimensions, and final payload capacity are all fully customizable.
Developed in collaboration with HP, the Ŝharko5HH (Hammerhead) is designed for use in printshops. It features a custom-sized fork for transporting carts, trolleys, and roll containers of different sizes and is a fully modular system, based on MoviĜo Robotics' platform technology.
TOVICA's Fork Stacker AGV can lift palleted loads of 1,000 kg up to a height of 3.3 meters. Boasting a shorter wheelbase and width than TOVICA's other AGVs, it is well suited to operating in confined work environments.
The AA2500-S-Flexible is designed to transport wheeled loads (carts, trolleys, dollies etc.) of up to 2,500 kg in intralogistics environments. Compact and highly efficient, it features a 600W (brushless) DC motor, a multitude of safety features including lights, and with its relatively large wheels it can also handle slightly uneven floors.
The AA1000-S-Flexible is designed to transport wheeled loads (carts, trolleys, dollies etc.) of up to 1,000 kg in intralogistics environments. Compact and highly efficient, it features a 600W (brushless) DC motor, a multitude of safety features including lights, and with its relatively large wheels it can also handle slightly uneven floors.
The RoboMec III is a powerful omnidirectional underride AGV, with a large payload capacity of 4,500 kg. It is available with inductive or capacity wireless charging, and its Mecanum wheels enable precise docking. The RoboMec can also be equipped with a lifting module or a customer's specific superstructure.
The Pickio automatic forklift is designed to move pallets with precision and efficiency throughout the warehouse. It boasts the tightest turn radius of any Japanese automated guided forklift (AGF) and offers easy switching between automatic and manual modes for highly flexible operation. The Pickio is capable of transporting loads of up to 900 kg and has a maximum lift height of 1,480 mm. This system is currently available only in Japan.
The QuaPro-R automated forklift offers a transport capacity similar to that of its manual counterpart. It is capable of transporting pallets weighing up to 1,090 kg and can achieve a maximum lift height of three meters. The QuaPro-R offers easy switching between automatic and manual modes for highly flexible operation, and is only currently available in Japan.
